Talent Coordinator Application

About the Role:

The Pique Agency is a boutique talent agency built for creators shaping what’s next.

Unlike many traditional agencies, we don't believe creators should feel like a number on a roster or a revenue target on a spreadsheet. We intentionally represent creators at different stages of growth, from emerging voices to established industry leaders, because we believe great talent management starts with seeing potential, building trust, and helping creators create businesses that align with their goals, values, and long-term vision.

Our approach is deeply relationship-driven. We believe the best partnerships are built on trust, alignment, and genuine connection, and we bring that philosophy into every interaction with our creators and brand partners. We celebrate wins, support our talent through life's milestones, advocate fiercely on their behalf, and strive to create an experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and high-touch at every stage.

That commitment to people is one of the reasons we've retained so much of our talent and continue to grow largely through referrals and relationships.

We're looking for a Talent Coordinator who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, proactive, and eager to build a career within the creator economy.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves both people and process—someone who enjoys keeping details organized behind the scenes while helping creators thrive in front of the camera.

This role is far more than administrative support. You'll work closely with our team to support creator relationships, coordinate brand campaigns, manage communications, track opportunities, assist with outbound pitching efforts, and help ensure an exceptional experience for both creators and brand partners.

You'll gain hands-on experience in talent management while learning the foundations of negotiation, relationship building, strategic communication, business development, and creative representation.

For the right person, this role offers a clear and accelerated path for growth within the company. We are actively looking for someone who can grow into a future Talent Manager role as the agency continues to expand.

This is an ideal role for someone who:

  • Is a self-starter who naturally takes initiative rather than waiting for direction.

  • Loves the creator economy and genuinely enjoys following trends, creators, brand partnerships, and the business behind content creation.

  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping moving pieces on track.

  • Enjoys building relationships and making people feel seen, valued, and supported.

  • Remembers the little things — whether that's celebrating a creator's milestone, checking in during a life transition, or recognizing an important win.

  • Communicates professionally, confidently, and thoughtfully with both creators and brands.

  • Is resourceful and enjoys finding answers, solving problems, and figuring things out independently.

  • Wants to build a long-term career in talent management, influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator representation.

  • Values integrity, excellence, accountability, and genuine human connection.

  • Finds fulfillment in supporting others and helping talented people succeed.

What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day operations that keep our creators, campaigns, and partnerships running smoothly. You'll play a key role in helping talent feel supported, building relationships with brands, and creating opportunities that move both our creators and agency forward.

Campaign & Talent Support

You'll help keep brand campaigns organized, on track, and stress-free for our creators by:

  • Monitoring incoming emails from talent and gathering the key details needed to move projects forward.

  • Sharing product selections, content ideas, and campaign information with brands before creators begin filming.

  • Tracking deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and campaign milestones so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Maintaining internal tracking systems, calendars, and agency workflows to ensure accurate visibility across all active partnerships.

  • Sending friendly reminders and updates to creators to keep campaigns running smoothly.

  • Reviewing content and captions to ensure they align with brand briefs before submission.

  • Sending final content to brands, tracking approvals, and confirming everything is clear before a creator posts.

  • Supporting campaign reporting, documentation, and internal organization as needed.

Brand Outreach

We're proactive in creating opportunities for our talent, not just responding to inbound requests. In this role, you'll help expand our network and build meaningful relationships throughout the creator economy by:

  • Identifying aligned partnership opportunities for the creators under your management, with a strong understanding of each creator's goals, audience, values, and brand positioning.

  • Researching and sourcing relevant brand contacts, marketing teams, PR professionals, and partnership decision-makers.

  • Proactively pitching creators to brands and agencies through thoughtful, personalized outreach designed to create new partnership opportunities.

  • Managing outbound communications and follow-up efforts to ensure promising opportunities continue moving forward.

  • Building and maintaining organized databases of brand contacts, outreach history, and relationship notes.

  • Helping expand The Pique Agency's network by cultivating meaningful relationships with brands, agencies, PR firms, and industry professionals.

Relationship Management

Logistics matter, but how we show up for people matters just as much. In this role, you'll:

  • Communicate with creators in a clear, calm, professional, and supportive manner.

  • Help talent feel informed, cared for, and confident throughout each partnership.

  • Build trust with brands, agencies, creators, and teammates through thoughtful communication.

  • Flag potential issues early and help problem-solve before they become larger challenges.

  • Welcome prospective creators who are interested in joining The Pique Agency and help create a positive first impression of the company.

  • Celebrate creator milestones, personal wins, and meaningful life moments, helping cultivate the high-touch experience that sets our agency apart.

  • Look for opportunities to make creators feel genuinely supported, valued, and seen beyond the scope of any single campaign.

At the heart of this role is making people feel supported, understood, and cared for while maintaining high standards, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

We're intentionally looking for someone who wants to build a career here — not someone simply looking for their next remote job.

While this role begins as a Talent Coordinator position, we're ultimately looking for a future Talent Manager and leader within the company. We want someone who is excited by the creator economy, energized by relationship-building, and motivated by the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding agency.

The right person isn't just looking to help manage campaigns. They're excited by the idea of helping creators build businesses, strengthening brand relationships, taking ownership, and eventually mentoring and leading others as the company grows.

You're likely a great fit if you:

  • Have hands-on experience in the creator/influencer space — or are highly motivated to learn and proactively educate yourself quickly.

  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without letting things slip through the cracks.

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and thoughtfully, especially in written communication.

  • Take ownership, follow through, and are resourceful when solving problems independently.

  • Are coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Are comfortable learning and utilizing tools such as Google Drive, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies.

  • Understand that flexibility is occasionally required when campaigns or creator needs arise.

  • Care deeply about doing excellent work, supporting people well, and building strong relationships.

  • Are genuinely excited by the creator economy and see yourself growing into a leadership role over time.

Growth Path

We're not just hiring for the role you see today — we're looking for our next leader.

This position is designed to evolve from:

Talent Coordinator → Talent Manager → Senior Talent Manager

This role is for you if you naturally take ownership, earn trust quickly, and enjoy being the person others can rely on. You're energized by responsibility, take pride in doing things well, and don't wait to be told what needs to happen next.

Ideally, you're someone who has often been described as Type A, organized, dependable, resourceful, and someone with exceptionally high standards. You were the person who took over the group project to make sure everyone got an A. You're the person friends, coworkers, and teammates naturally turn to when something needs to get done well — or when they need an opinion from someone they trust to think things through carefully.

As The Pique Agency continues to grow, we're looking for people who want to grow with it. The right person won't stay in this role for long. They'll take ownership, build relationships, advocate for talent, and grow into increasing levels of responsibility and leadership over time.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are organized, tracked, and moving forward without last-minute scrambles.

  • Creators feel informed, supported, celebrated, and genuinely cared for throughout their experience with The Pique Agency.

  • Communication is clear, timely, professional, and proactive across email, text, and internal systems.

  • New brand relationships and partnership opportunities are consistently being identified and pursued through thoughtful outreach.

  • Potential issues are identified early and handled calmly before they become larger problems.

  • The creators under your management trust you, rely on you, and view you as a valuable advocate for their business.

  • Managers and teammates can trust you to take ownership, follow through, and consistently execute at a high level.

  • You contribute meaningfully to the growth of both our talent and The Pique Agency as a whole.

Bonus Skills

Not required, but nice to have:

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, account management, or other client-facing roles.

  • Personal experience as a content creator, social media manager, or someone who actively understands today's creator economy and major social platforms.

  • Background in influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships, talent management, or creator relations.

  • Copywriting, editing, or strong written communication experience.

  • A strong eye for content, branding, and what makes digital content perform well.

  • Familiarity with creator economy platforms such as Aspire, Grin, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.

  • Experience supporting high-touch clients, VIP clientele

What We Offer

  • A fully remote, U.S.-based position with flexibility and significant opportunity for growth in both responsibility and compensation over time.

  • Direct mentorship and hands-on training from agency leadership, with exposure to every aspect of talent management, brand partnerships, and creator representation.

  • Real-world experience managing creator relationships, supporting brand negotiations, coordinating campaigns, and building industry connections.

  • A clear path for advancement based on contribution, initiative, and leadership — not tenure. If you're exceptional, you'll be noticed.

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. In a boutique agency environment, your ideas matter, your voice is heard, and your contributions won't get lost in a corporate hierarchy.

  • Exposure to some of today's leading brands, creators, and marketing teams across the creator economy.

  • A supportive, faith-based team culture built on integrity, excellence, trust, and genuine care for both our talent and one another.

    Starting Compensation: $2,000/month ($20/hour for ~30 hours/week)
