Talent Coordinator Application

About the Role:

The Pique Agency is a boutique talent agency for creators shaping what's next.

We represent creators across lifestyle, wellness, motherhood, beauty, fashion, home, and beyond, helping them build intentional brands, secure meaningful partnerships, and create sustainable businesses for the long term. Our approach is deeply relationship-driven. We believe the best partnerships are built on trust, alignment, and genuine connection, and we bring that philosophy into every interaction with our creators and brand partners.

We're looking for a Talent Coordinator who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and eager to grow within the creator economy. This is an opportunity for someone who loves both people and process—someone who enjoys keeping details organized behind the scenes while helping creators thrive in front of the camera.

This role is far more than administrative support. You'll work alongside our team to support creator relationships, coordinate brand campaigns, manage communications, track opportunities, and help ensure an exceptional experience for both creators and brand partners. You'll gain hands-on experience in talent management while learning the foundations of negotiation, relationship building, strategic communication, and creator representation.

At The Pique Agency, we don't believe creators should feel like a number. We take a personalized, high-touch approach to management, advocating for our talent while helping them build businesses that align with their goals, values, and vision for the future. We're looking for someone who shares that mindset and is excited to play a meaningful role in helping creators grow.

For the right person, this role offers a clear path for growth within the agency and the opportunity to develop into a future Talent Manager as the company continues to expand.

This is an ideal role for someone who:

  • Thrives behind the scenes

  • Takes pride in doing things right

  • Wants to grow into leadership over time

  • Values integrity, excellence, and people-first work

What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day execution of brand partnerships and creator communication, including:

Campaign & Talent Support

You'll help keep brand campaigns organized, on track, and stress-free for our creators by:

  • Monitoring incoming emails from talent and gathering the key details needed to move projects forward

  • Sharing product selections and content ideas with brands before creators begin filming

  • Tracking deliverables, deadlines, and approvals so nothing slips through the cracks

  • Sending friendly reminders and updates to creators to keep campaigns running smoothly

  • Reviewing content and captions to ensure they align with the brand brief before anything is submitted

  • Sending final content to brands, tracking approvals, and confirming everything is cleared before a creator posts

Relationship Management

Logistics matter, but how we show up for people matters just as much. In this role, you'll:

  • Communicate with creators in a calm, clear, and supportive way

  • Help talent feel informed, cared for, and confident throughout each partnership

  • Build trust with brands, agencies, and teammates through thoughtful communication

  • Flag potential issues early and help problem-solve before they become bigger challenges

  • Connect with new creators who are interested in joining [Agency Name] and help them feel welcomed

At the heart of this role is making people feel supported, understood, and taken care of while still maintaining high standards and clear expectations.

What We're Looking For

Growth Path (Important to Read)

We're intentionally looking for someone who wants to grow with [Agency Name], not just "help out."

You're likely a great fit if you:

  • Have hands-on experience in the creator/influencer space — whether as a creator yourself, working with creators, or in adjacent industries like social media management, content production, or influencer marketing. If you don't have direct experience, you're genuinely curious about this world and willing to do your own research and learning on your own time to get up to speed quickly.

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented (you don't let things slip)

  • Communicate clearly and kindly, especially over text and email

  • Take ownership and follow through without being reminded

  • Are coachable, open to feedback, and eager to improve

  • Can manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment

  • Are comfortable using tools like email, ClickUp, Google Drive, and AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)

  • Are willing to work flexible hours when campaigns require it

  • Care deeply about doing good work and supporting people well

What We're Looking For

  • Campaigns are organized, tracked, and moving forward without last-minute scrambles

  • Creators feel informed, supported, and on top of deadlines

  • Communication is clear, timely, and professional across email + text

  • Risks are flagged early and handled calmly

  • Managers can trust you to run key coordination tasks with consistency

  • All of our current leaders started in support roles.

This role is designed to grow into:
Talent Coordinator → Talent Manager → Senior Talent Manager

We actively promote from within when someone:

    • Consistently demonstrates ownership

    • Shows strong communication + judgment

    • Understands how campaigns and relationships truly work

    • Earns the trust of talent and the team

If you're looking for a long-term career path (not just a short-term gig), we want to hear from you!

What We Offer

  • Not required, but nice to have:

    • A background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles

    • Personal experience as a content creator, micro-influencer, or social media manager

    • Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube as platforms (trends, formats, best practices)

    • Background in PR, brand marketing, or influencer/talent partnerships

    • Copywriting or editorial experience (helpful when reviewing captions and content)

    • A basic eye for photography, video, or content aesthetics

    • Event planning or production coordination experience

    • Familiarity with creator economy platforms (Aspire, Grin, CreatorIQ, etc.)

    • Experience working with high-touch or VIP clients

Growth Path (Important to Read)

  • Fully remote role (US-based) with room to grow in hours and compensation

  • Hands-on experience in the creator economy and talent management

  • Exposure to real brand negotiations, campaign strategy, and creator relationships

  • A supportive, faith-based team culture that values excellence and integrity

Starting compensation: $[X,XXX]/month (~$[XX]/hour for ~30 hours/week)
